The book Formování historie (Shaping History) concerns the interpretations of history from the point of view of different countries. In this book meets the chapters about the Second World War from current high school history schoolbooks of nine different countries involved (Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Great Britain, France, Italy, Russia, USA and Japan). All translated into Czech language. The important motif of this book is the chance to confront the official versions, taught at schools, that normally cannot get together.
The book second revised and enhanced version of the book with the same title was published in 2011. This second edition contains a more comprehensive and more diversified in opinions introduction. It consists of four authorial reflections, texts written by a sociologist, a historian, a philosopher and an art theoretician.
